The whole Nitrate, Nitrite and Nitrosamine Database (Nitr-Navigator) food table contains all unique food items in the database. The "common food name" column are cleaned food names as described in the plant-based nitrate database paper (2022, foodchem), while animal foods, particularly sausages, are grouped based on their processing and preservation methods (See animal food nitrate nitrite database paper; mnfr, 2022).
The search function enables wildcard search across the entire table (e.g., 'lett' for all lettuce) and is case-insensitive. However, many composite food names are not modified and being presented as in data sources.
